We are looking for a business-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team. Your mission is to be a strategic partner for our key clients, helping them grow their revenue while ensuring long-term retention and expansion of our services within their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow long-term relationships with existing key clients.
  • Monitor client financial metrics to detect risks early and provide actionable growth recommendations.
  • Advise clients on product best practices to help them achieve their specific business goals.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase average deal value.
  • Focus on client retention and proactively work to reduce churn rate.
  • Resolve strategic issues in a win-win manner, acting as a business consultant rather than technical support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product development with client needs.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Native/C1 level in Czech and upper-Intermediate English (B2+).
  • Based in Prague and ready for on-site client meetings.
  • Strategic thinker with a business-oriented mindset and long-term focus.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar client-growth role.
  • Strong track record in upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining high retention rates.
  • Ability to understand client financials and communicate effectively in business terms.
  • Proactive in identifying risks and implementing solutions before they become critical.
