Business Analyst for AI-Driven Digitalization
We're hiring a process analyst for the digitalization of a portfolio of companies across industries. Process analysis combined with modern AI tooling — automated classification, data extraction, agentic pipelines, language models where they make sense.
Role context
Portfolio companies across industries — property management, accounting, other operational businesses — need their processes mapped, systems selected and deployed, data flows connected.
AI-driven approach is the default, not an add-on. Standard ERP combined with custom integrations and AI components. Brainapptica's senior AI-first dev team is the technical backbone — you run analysis and rollout, they build.
What you'll do
- Process mapping across portfolio companies — accounting, building management, operational agenda, reporting
- Solution design combining standard ERP, custom development, and AI components
- System selection and deployment — due diligence through cutover and hypercare
- Identifying AI use-cases — where classification, extraction, and automation make sense, and where they don't
- Specifications and dev team handoff for non-standard parts
Long-term role in portfolio digitalization, not a one-off project.
Who we're looking for
- Several years of process analysis experience — accounting, building management, property management, or comparable operational domain
- ERP deployment experience — at least one end-to-end implementation, ideally more
- Openness to AI-first approach — you understand what language models can do and where they make sense
- Ability to write quality specifications and communicate with developers
- Czech at native level, English at working level
Bonus: real estate / property management background, Czech accounting and tax, BI tools, prior AI/ML exposure.
