Role responsibilities
As the Sales Manager for Czech and Slovak market, you will be leading sales efforts, building relationships, and establishing our brand presence. Your main objective is revenue growth with the following responsibilities:
- Own and actively execute the Go-To-Market strategy in CZSK, by acquiring new customers. Your primary KPI will be the achievement of the agreed sales plan.
- You start by converting SMB inbound leads (70%) while proactively driving SMB outbound (30%) sales activities to acquire new customers and expand market share.
- Identify, establish, and develop local partnerships that strengthen market presence and support pipeline growth.
- Participate in building brand awareness and local marketing initiatives, including hands-on, boots-on-the-ground activities such as events or digital channels presence.
- Continuously explore new opportunities, channels, and approaches to accelerate growth, bringing a hunter mindset to everything you do.
We are seeking a sales professional with an inbound sales background who is ready to step beyond lead handling and actively drive growth. The role is approximately 70% inbound sales, complemented by outbound activities including prospecting, outreach, cold calling, and collaboration on marketing initiatives such as events.
You will work with a product that has strong brand awareness and dominant market share, but success in this role requires a proactive, growth-oriented, and hunter-driven mindset.

- Native Czech/Slovak speaker with strong English skills (B2+). You communicate effectively in both languages.
- Full-time commitment based in Prague (with high level of flexibility and home office) and with regular travel across Czech republic and Slovakia.
- Top closer with a consultative approach. You excel at building relationships and closing deals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your results, and are driven by ambitious sales goals. You don’t just wait for opportunities; you create them. Experience in consultative sales / SaaS sales, or a related field is an advantage.
