The Role

We're looking for a Project Manager / Project Coordinator who wants to build their expertise in CRM campaigns and digital projects. You'll work closely with internal teams (Marketing Automation, Data, Development) and help deliver CRM campaigns and smaller digital projects for major clients. We're not necessarily looking for a senior — we're looking for someone reliable and communicative who keeps things moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating CRM campaign preparation (ACC, SFMC, and other CRM tools)
• Gathering inputs, tracking deadlines, and liaising with internal teams
• Reporting on campaign progress and outcomes
• Basic data work — input validation, mapping, campaign logic
• Keeping scope, quality, and timelines on track

Must-Have

• Background in a digital agency or CRM team is a plus
• Strong self-organization, independence, and ownership
• Clear communication in Italian (native or C1) and English (B2–C1)
• Proactive mindset and genuine interest in learning CRM technology
• Ability to work with data at a foundational level

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with ACC, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar MA tools
• Experience with project management, even on smaller projects
• Basic understanding of customer journeys and segmentation
