Fly4Future is a Czech deep tech startup that develops fully autonomous drones = flying robots for hall inspections, critical infrastructure monitoring and rescue missions. Our uniqueness lies in the fact that drones do not require GPS at all, they navigate in space using advanced AI and their own onboard sensors.


We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team who can translate cutting-edge robotics into the language of business. You will be engaged in purely consultative sales, where you will not just offer a 'product', but together with clients, design solutions to their biggest technological challenges.


You will have an international team of 35+ top roboticists behind you and sell technology that has minimal competition worldwide, which is also confirmed by victories in robotics competitions (e.g. Racing League in Abu Dhabi, SPRIND Challenge in Germany) and fresh titles from the AI Awards 2024 and 2025.

Your job description:

  • active search and approach of new customers in the Czech Republic and abroad (state sector, B2B, startups, etc.);
  • conducting business meetings, presenting our solutions and complete preparation of the final solution and price offer;
  • ability to present our entire portfolio: from ready-made research drones (such as the F4F RoboFly), through the unique online configurator DroneBuilder, to the development of tailor-made autonomous systems;
  • close cooperation with the technical and development team in designing solutions exactly according to the client's needs;
  • building long-term relationships and supporting customers across the entire business cycle;
  • active participation in our business strategy and expansion into new markets.

What we expect from you:

  • technical or economic education;
  • experience in selling technical or high-tech solutions (B2B / government sector), both in the Czech Republic and on the global market;
  • experience with a longer business cycle and consultative sales;
  • ability to quickly orient yourself in a technical product and be able to clearly explain its benefits;
  • excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • goal-oriented, results-oriented and independent (active lead generation);
  • team spirit - you will work closely with developers and marketing;
  • advanced English (commonly used in business negotiations);
  • willingness to travel to clients and participate in industry events and technology conferences in our country and abroad.

What will be a great advantage for you:

  • aerospace experience or a strong interest in the latest drone technologies;
  • overview of customer segments, such as critical infrastructure, logistics, etc.;
  • knowledge and common practice with CRM systems.
