Delivery Manager
We are seeking a junior Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, an understanding of IT processes, and the ability to help organize activities within an IT development team. You will be responsible for ensuring tasks are properly taken over from the customer and dispatched to the team for further support. The main purpose of the position is to list activities, dispatch them, and track them.
What Will You Do?
Participate on multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, helping with smooth delivery.
Collaborate with the senior delivery manager to understand the project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Help with the maintenance of detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues or risks that may impact delivery.
Foster effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure transparency throughout the project.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure the successful integration and delivery of our products.
Provide regular project status updates to the senior delivery manager and management.
Who Are We Looking For?
Starting experience as an IT Delivery Manager or in a similar role within an IT environment.
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize multiple activities of lower complexity simultaneously based on given priorities.
Basic knowledge of any ticketing or project management tool (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello).

Salary: 70 000 – 80 000 CZK / month (based on our experience).
