Product Manager with international experience
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our small team behind (mainly) NejŘemeslníci.cz and help us take the service to new international markets.
This role is focused on adapting the product for additional markets and then launching and scaling it there. You will work closely with local teams abroad and collaborate with our product and engineering team in the Czech Republic.
What you will own
- Lead the product adaptation for new markets: understand local needs, define solutions, and deliver them to production.
- Prepare and run market rollouts together with local teams, including iteration after launch.
- Act as the link between local stakeholders and the CZ product/engineering team: priorities, requirements, expectations, timelines, and results.
- Make decisions based on data and user insight: research, analytics, experiments, and measurement of impact.
- Keep the process healthy and outcomes clear: goals, roadmap, discovery/delivery rhythm, and feedback loops.
What are we looking for
- You have experience in digital (product, growth/marketing, business, operations) and ideally some exposure to international or cross-country work.
- You can work effectively with engineers and design to turn ideas into shipped outcomes.
- You can build alignment across teams and drive decisions without losing trust.
- You are proactive and execution-oriented: you ask the right questions, define next steps, surface risks, and follow through.
- English is required for day-to-day collaboration with international teams.
What to expect
You will have everything needed to ship a digital product: a UX designer, a data analyst, several engineers, and external support (UI design, copywriting, performance marketing). We also have a small customer care team. Your job will be to connect these worlds and deliver a successful product in new markets.
We work in short cycles inspired by Shape Up by Basecamp. We prototype a lot, run A/B tests, measure, and learn quickly. We also have a number of bigger “big bets” ahead, where good judgement and crisp prioritization matter.
Our team is part of Saint-Gobain, so part of the challenge is connected to retail marketing within the group. Saint-Gobain also provides international opportunities.
Why join
- Flexible working hours — handle personal errands when needed and make up the work later.
- Hybrid setup — some days can be remote. Our office is near Wenceslas Square in Prague (we will be moving).
- Employment or contractor model — cooperation is possible both as an employee and as a contractor (IČO).
- Real-world impact — we help people make their homes better, while addressing the long-term shortage of skilled trades.
- Strong product — around 150k monthly visitors and 50k users per year.
- Top-rated service — customer-first approach and 4.9/5 on Google and Firmy.cz (no paid reviews).
Interested?
Send us a few lines about yourself and a link to your LinkedIn profile or a CV. We will also appreciate a short example of something you delivered in product, from idea to measurable impact (3 bullet points are enough).
