💼 Product owner (B2B SaaS / HealthTech)
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team and help transform complex pharmacovigilance processes into a modern, intuitive software solution.This role is about much more than writing specifications. You will co-create a product that is changing the way regulatory and pharmaceutical teams operate.
🎯 Your role
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Map and optimize complex processes, especially in the area of pharmacovigilance
- Collaborate with the product team, designers, and developers on solution design
- Create user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
- Participate in the discovery phase (workshops, client interviews, needs validation)
- Support roadmap prioritization and planning
- Work closely with customers (CROs, pharmaceutical companies, PV teams)
- Test and validate delivered solutions
🧠 Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner role (ideally in B2B SaaS)
- Experience analyzing complex systems and processes
- Ability to bridge the business and technical worlds
- Experience creating user stories and diagrams
- Strong technical thinking and the ability to communicate effectively with developers
- Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in the healthcare domain
- Experience with product-led development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
