Your future challenges:

You’ll work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Analysts/Managers, and fellow engineers to refine user stories, shape requirements, and help identify, prioritize, and execute tasks across the software development life cycle.

What exactly you’ll be doing:

Develop and maintain Python applications with clean, reliable, and maintainable code.
Translate business requirements into practical, technical solutions.
Implement new features, perform code reviews, provide technical support, and fix bugs.
Contribute to system architecture design and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
Actively participate in code reviews and help raise engineering standards across the team.
Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and team members, both verbally and in writing, about technical solutions and project progress.

Requirements:

At least 4-5 years of experience as Software Developer.
Experience with fintech processes and knowledge of card issuing/processing is a huge plus.
Clean coding methodologies (SOLID, YAGNI).
Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Good understanding and working knowledge of Django.
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
Experience working in cross-functional teams is an advantage.
English at a minimum B2 level.
