What You'll Be Doing

  • Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals with Czech companies.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value B2B clients within the Czech market.

  • Understand the unique recruitment pains of Czech businesses and tailor Jooble’s value proposition to meet their needs.

  • Preparing and conducting calls with potential clients, including demos, presenting the value proposition, and identifying the client’s targets as well as their pains and needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and forecasts in our CRM system.

  • Provide feedback to the product team on local market trends and competitor activity in Czechia.

What We're Looking For

  • You have 2+ years of experience in B2B IT sales.

  • You’re a local expert who knows Czech business.  

  • You are comfortable communicating with an international team and reporting in English.

  • You are proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce or other) and modern sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools, etc.).

  • You are result-oriented, take ownership of your pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed your sales targets.

  • English proficiency level: Intermediate and higher (spoken and written)

  • Fluency in Czech.
