IoT Device Specialist (LoRaWAN / NB-IoT)
We are a Czech technology startup focused on IoT solutions built on LoRaWAN and NB-IoT technologies.
We’re looking for a new teammate to join our Simple Hardware team, helping us with device testing, customer technical support, and preparing products for manufacturing.
We’re mainly looking for a team player who enjoys technology, is eager to learn, and isn’t afraid to dive into technical problem-solving.
What you’ll be doing
providing technical support to customers (first-line support)
preparing, updating, and maintaining technical and user documentation
testing new firmware versions and validating new features of our in-house IoT devices
assembling product samples and prototypes
preparing device configurations for production batches
preparing manufacturing data (e.g. configuration datasets, production inputs)
reporting software and firmware bugs to developers, including clear reproduction steps and relevant data
analyzing, documenting, and communicating technical issues and their impact
What we’re looking for
reliability, attention to detail, and precision
ability to collaborate and work across teams
willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
structured and analytical problem-solving mindset
advanced English (written and spoken)
understanding of LPWAN IoT networks and related protocols (LoRaWAN / NB-IoT), including BIN/HEX payload formats
micro-soldering skills and basic knowledge of electronics
Nice to have
basic Python scripting
experience with 3D printing or 3D modeling
knowledge of embedded hardware or software

💰 60,000 – 100,000 CZK/month (depending on experience; suitable also for strong junior candidates)
