We're looking for a Senior Backend Product Engineer to join our Visualization team, working on complex prioritization features that help 6,000+ companies (Salesforce, SAP, Autodesk) make better product decisions.
What you'll do
- Build and own backend systems in Kotlin with React/TypeScript on the frontend
- Ship real features to production regularly - from concept through implementation
- Make our codebase AI-ready: clean module boundaries, strong API contracts, semantic context
- Design agent workflows: multi-step reasoning, tool use, human-gated checkpoints
- Collaborate closely with PMs and designers - product mindset, not just execution
Tech stack
- Backend: Kotlin, Ruby, TypeScript/Node.js, Kafka
- Frontend: TypeScript, React.jsStorage: Postgres, Elasticsearch, Redis
- Infra: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience
- Experience with JVM-based languages (Kotlin or Java); eagerness to work in Kotlin
- Comfort working across the full stack when needed
- Pragmatic, business-oriented mindset - you ship things that matter
- Strong communicator who lifts the team around them
