Web Marketing Specialist

  • Hybrid
  • Prague
  • Full-time

We are looking for a reliable Marketing Web Specialist
to take care of our web content, landing pages, and blog. This is a great opportunity for a junior or medior who enjoys working in a CMS, has a good eye for detail, and likes to use data to see what works and what doesn’t.
You won't be doing this alone – you will work closely
with our marketing team, SEO specialist, and developers.

What your daily work will look like

  • CMS & Content: You will handle the daily updates on the ROUVY website. That means building landing pages for campaigns, publishing blog posts, and updating text or visuals.
  • Working with Data: You will regularly look into data to check web traffic and conversion rates. We want someone who notices if a page isn't performing well and helps us test better solutions (like A/B testing). Don't worry, you won't be alone in this – you will have our SEO Specialist and PPC team right by your side to help you better understand the traffic and context.
  • SEO Support: You will cooperate with our SEO Specialist and copywriters to ensure the pages we publish are optimized for search engines.
  • Figma basics: You will work with designs in Figma – checking layouts, exporting images, and making sure the final web page matches the design.
  • Coordinating with DEV: When we need a new component for the website or a bug fixed, you will be the one communicating the requirements to our developers.
  • Testing (QA): Before any new landing page or feature goes live, you will test it to make sure everything works smoothly. This means checking for broken links or weird formatting, making sure the new components work, and giving clear feedback to the dev team.
  • Localizations: You will help coordinate translations so our web content is ready for different international markets.

What we need you to have

  • CMS Experience: You have practical experience managing content in a CMS (like WordPress, Contentful, or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset: You have basic experience with Google Analytics (or similar tools) and you understand basic web metrics.
  • SEO awareness: You know how on-page SEO works and why it matters.
  • Comfortable with Tech/Figma: You are not a designer or a programmer, but you can navigate Figma, and you understand basic web logic.
  • English (B2+): We are an international team, so you need to be comfortable writing and speaking In English.

Your approach to work

  • Detail-oriented: You notice typos, misaligned images, or broken buttons before anyone else does.
  • Proactive: If you see a problem or a way to do something better, you don't wait for instructions – you suggest a fix.
  • Team player: You will be talking to marketers, copywriters, and developers every day, so good communication is key.

Nice-to-haves (Not a dealbreaker)

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or Markdown.
