EMEA Account Manager (Czech & English)

FaceUp is a global anonymous reporting and whistleblowing platform used by 3,500+ organizations across 70 countries. We help companies build speak-up cultures by providing secure, compliant reporting channels for sensitive issues such as fraud, harassment, and misconduct.
We are hiring a Mid-Market Account Manager to own renewals and expansion across a portfolio of B2B customers in Europe and the Middle East, including Czech-speaking clients.
This is a commercially accountable role. You will be responsible for revenue retention, structured renewal planning, and expansion growth within your portfolio.
You will work closely with Customer Success and Sales to translate customer value into long-term commercial partnerships.
What You’ll Own
Full commercial ownership of renewals across your assigned accounts
Proactive renewal planning and execution
Upsell and cross-sell strategy and closing
Pricing discussions and contract negotiation
Account growth planning in partnership with Customer Success
Executive-level stakeholder engagement
Accurate forecasting and pipeline management

Strong renewal rate and predictable renewal cycles
Measurable expansion revenue contribution
Healthy Net Revenue Retention across portfolio
Early identification and management of commercial risk
Clear and disciplined forecast accuracy
Experience
3–5 years in B2B SaaS commercial roles
Direct experience owning renewals and expansion revenue
Experience working with mid-market B2B clients (500+ employees preferred)
Demonstrated measurable revenue impact
Commercial Strength
Comfortable discussing pricing and negotiating contracts
Strong understanding of recurring revenue models
Ability to build structured account growth plans
Forecast discipline and CRM hygiene
Communication
Native Czech or Slovak
Fluent English (C1+)
Comfortable leading commercial discussions with senior stakeholders
Strong Plus
Experience in compliance, HR tech, legal, or regulated industries
Exposure to EMEA markets
