What you will do
You will lead a small international team of technicians, coordinating their work, setting priorities, and ensuring fast, high-quality support for our users.
You will work closely with the development team on testing and improving software functionality, including supervising application testing across various mobile devices and contributing to the design and implementation of new features.
You will maintain up-to-date technical documentation and improve support processes.
You will represent our technical solutions in product presentations, online meetings, and webinars, supporting the sales team during negotiations and presentations. Occasional international travel may occur.
Who we are looking for
You have experience with mobile technologies beyond that of a standard user, including configuration, troubleshooting, and system-level understanding.
You are familiar with Windows, and installing drivers is routine for you. An awareness of other operating systems is a bonus.
You can communicate in English with users and colleagues from other countries.
You have strong organizational skills and the ambition to lead a team; experience managing people or coordinating technical support in an international environment is an advantage.
Active interest in current and emerging technologies.
