Our clients include leading sports clubs, festivals, and cultural institutions. Among them are SK Slavia Prague, HC Sparta Prague, and SK Slovan Bratislava — and your code will help power the experiences of their fans, as well as millions of other event-goers across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Our CRM platform is already up and running — a modern, multi-tenant, event-driven architecture built from the ground up. No outdated legacy systems, no technical debt from the past. Now we're taking it further: scaling it, expanding it, and preparing it for the next stage of growth.

We're looking for a Full-stack Developer who wants more than just completing tickets. Someone who has opinions, isn't afraid to voice them, and understands that great software is measured a year from now — not after a sprint. Someone for whom "that's not my problem" is never the answer.

What you'll be working on:

• Developing both backend and frontend systems in a high-traffic environment• Designing and implementing new features — from database models all the way to the UI• Contributing to architectural decisions with long-term impact• Participating in code reviews and sharing knowledge within a team that learns from one another

You don't need to be an expert in everything on both sides. What matters is having a solid foundation — and the willingness to grow where needed.

💪😎 What We Expect From You

• Strong knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript• Experience with NestJS or a comparable framework• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases• Experience with React and Next.js — or at least strong motivation to learn• Interest in software architecture, clean code, and long-term solutions• Experience with Git and GitHub — pull request workflow and code reviews as standard practice• Fluency in Czech or English (B2/C1)
