Today, our platform powers more than 50% of the Czech new builds market and is expanding across Europe. We’re profitable, we’re scaling, and our goal is to become the European leader in sales software for real estate developers.
We’re looking for a smart and ambitious product leader who wants to play a decisive role in our journey. In the age of AI, code is becoming a commodity. Where we see the value is deep customer empathy, sharp & fast product thinking, and creativity in solving problems people didn’t even realize they had.
The challenge
- Vision. Define and own a product strategy that balances bold bets with disciplined execution. Moonshots and marginal gains. Long-term advantage and short-term impact.
Prioritization and synthesis. Real estate is fragmented, conservative, and full of conflicting signals. You’ll bring clarity where others see noise.
Transformation. We’re evolving from a broader vertical SaaS into a sharper, more focused company — while AI is fundamentally reshaping how software is built and used.
People. You’ll lead a team of five. The role is currently held by the CEO. Processes are minimal.
Scope. From discovery to delivery to engagement & impact tracking — you own product management end to end.
Bottom line: Full ownership of the product budget, with clear accountability for maximizing return on R&D investments.
Who you are
You’ve built and scaled complex (B2B SaaS) products before. You can handle complexity: our product suite serves 10+ personas, has 100+ features, and our codebase exceeds 1M LoC.
You’re a strong communicator who can align engineers, sales, and leadership around a clear direction.
You’ve led people in the past — PMs, engineers, or cross-functional teams.
You're eager to leverage AI to speed up synthesis, scoping, validation, and prototyping.
You prioritize ruthlessly. You care about impact, not features.
