đ§ Who are we looking for?
Weâre looking for a Support Officer who:
- Lives for communication â knows how to talk to both a frustrated user and an enthusiastic fan, always leaving a good impression.
- Goes deep â doesnât just forward templates but truly understands the problem and sees it through to the end.
- Has strong English skills â at least B2 level in writing, as our users come from all over the world.
- Sees AI as a tool â knows how to use it to increase efficiency and improve the quality of responses.
- Understands the product â or quickly learns it in depth to become a pillar of the team.
- Collects and shares feedback â understands that every user message is valuable input for development.
- Handles administration without stress â sheets, emails, and helpdesk tools are no problem.
- Is consistent and responsible â follows things through and doesnât rely on someone else to solve them.
- Is interested in digital wellbeing â a topic that resonates strongly with AppBlock.
- Can work on-site â ideally every day at the office in Hradec KrĂĄlovĂ©, with hybrid cooperation possible over time.
đ What will your role be?
- Communicate with users from around the world via the helpdesk and solve their problems.
- Collect and structure feedback and pass it to the team as input for development.
- Respond to reviews on the App Store, Google Play, and other platforms.
- Co-create a wiki, how-to guides, FAQs, and video tutorials.
- Take care of the AppBlock community and help it grow.
- Collaborate with all team members â from development and marketing to product.
- Participate in product development â from idea to execution.
- Know the product in depth â be the go-to person for the whole team when it comes to details and AppBlockâs behavior.
