Do you enjoy B2B sales? Want to sell something with real impact — data, AI, modern technologies? And are you excited to become the first dedicated sales person in a startup, where you’ll build your own pipeline and playbook from scratch? 🚀

We’re Stratodata — a data startup on a mission to make the world more data-driven. We help companies turn data into decisions that increase profit, efficiency, and growth. We build data warehouses, AI solutions, and we have our own SaaS platform for retail e-commerce. Now we’re looking for someone to take our sales to the next level. 💪


🎯 What will you be doing?

  • Selling our AI and data SaaS platform (RAS) to SMB e-commerce businesses. 💻

  • Selling custom data and AI solutions to larger enterprise companies. 🏢

  • Owning the entire sales cycle. 🔄

  • Building and managing a B2B sales funnel from scratch. 📊

  • 50+ outbound contacts per week (LinkedIn, cold email, events, partners). 📬

  • Collaborating with the CEO on larger deals (90–120-day sales cycles). 🤝

  • Attending events (Czech Online Expo, Retail Summit, Reshoper). 🎤

  • Creating and shaping our sales playbook. 📘


🧠 Who are we looking for?

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS / IT / data experience is a plus). ✔️

  • Ability to generate your own leads and close deals independently. ✔️

  • Experience building and managing a sales funnel. ✔️

  • Ability to switch between fast product sales and consultative selling. ✔️

  • Interest in technology, AI, and modern business. ✔️

  • Strong language skills — native-level Czech, English B2+, Slovak or German is a plus. ✔️
