ADI was born out of a simple need: we couldn’t find enough professionals with the right digital skills, so we decided to train them ourselves.

Role Overview 

We’re looking for a part time Video Content Creator who will become the face of our XPUP project in CZ. 

Someone who will take ownership of our communication, create original content, and actively build and engage the community around the brand.

This role is perfect for someone who’s not afraid to be in front of the camera, loves creating, knows how to inspire others, and can spark UGC and community collaboration so that ADI thrives not only because of us, but thanks to the people who use it.


Main Responsibilities

  • Content creation: copywriting, filming, editing, producing creative video content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, posts) and TikTok

  • Being the face of the brand: authentically representing us on camera

  • Social media management: planning, publishing, and managing content on Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook 

  • Trend watching: staying up-to-date with what's trending and knowing how to use it creatively

  • Community engagement: building relationships with followers, responding to comments and messages, and creating user-generated content together with the community. 

  • Performance analysis: tracking metrics and optimizing content for maximum reach.


Requirements

  • You're not camera-shy: you're natural, charismatic, and know how to captivate

  • You know Instagram and TikTok like the back of your hand: you know what works and what doesn't

  • Creativity comes naturally to you: you have a head full of ideas and can execute them

  • You understand the 20-30 age target group: ideally, you're part of it

  • Basic video editing skills: you can edit content in apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.)

  • Independence and proactivity, you don't need constant supervision

  • Reliability: you meet deadlines and keep your commitments
