Full Stack Marketer
We're Omnim. We're building a platform for AI agents that work alongside you as marketing teammates. Not one task at a time, but across your whole workflow: keyword research, content drafts, campaign briefs, media optimization, and more. We're building toward full pipeline coverage, where your AI teammates can eventually execute end to end.
We're a small team, well-funded with a long runway, and at the stage where the product works. Now we need to get it in front of the right people and build a real marketing engine. That's where you come in.
What this role actually is
This is a hands-on, build-it-yourself role. You won't be managing a team or writing strategy decks that someone else executes. You'll be the one doing the work and shaping what marketing at Omnim looks like from scratch in the age where you can lean on an army of tailored AI agents.
You'll also be one of our most important product users. A big part of the job is using Omnim to do your own marketing work, finding where it shines, where it breaks, and feeding that directly back to our engineering team.
What you'll do
Build our content, messaging, and brand. Populate the website with clear positioning, landing pages, and content. Start a content engine with blog posts, SEO-driven articles, and other assets. Help shape how we talk about ourselves. Voice, messaging, creative direction. Use Omnim to create as much of it as possible and tell us what's missing.
Own SEO from the ground up. Build a keyword map, figure out where we can realistically compete, produce content against it, and track what works.
Run paid campaigns. Set up and manage paid acquisition across channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn. Test creative, manage budgets, optimize for results. Start small, learn fast, scale what works.
Build email and lifecycle flows. Nurture sequences, onboarding emails, newsletters. Make sure we're not just generating traffic but actually converting and retaining the people who show up.
Set up tracking and analytics. Google Analytics, Search Console, conversion events. Make sure we actually know what's working. Nothing fancy, just solid fundamentals.
Dogfood the product. Use Omnim for real work, document the experience, and turn it into actionable product feedback. Create playbooks that show what marketing with Omnim should look like.
Build our marketing network. Find and onboard 5 to 10 marketers (ideally in SaaS) as design partners who'll test the product and give honest feedback. Leverage your own network for intros, early adoption, and insights. Bring structured learnings back to the team.
Who we're looking for
- You have at least 4 years of hands-on SaaS marketing experience. B2B is ideal, but strong B2C SaaS background works too. SaaS marketing has its own playbook and we need someone who already knows it.
- Bonus if you've marketed a technical or developer-facing product. You'll need to understand what we're building well enough to talk about it credibly.
- You're a tech-forward person. You're comfortable working in a terminal, using tools like Claude Code, and figuring out new systems on your own. If you're already tinkering with AI models, building automations, or experimenting with AI workflows at home, you're our kind of person.
- You understand that marketing itself is changing. AI is reshaping what this role looks like, not just at Omnim but everywhere. You're excited about that, not threatened by it.
- You're self-directed. We'll give you context and goals, not step-by-step instructions.
What you'll get
- Competitive salary & stock options package for early team members
- The chance to define marketing at an AI startup from day one and help us be on the forefront of shaping the future of AI marketing
- Direct impact on both the go-to-market and the product itself.
- A small, sharp team that moves fast and doesn't do corporate theatre.
- Real ownership. Your work will be visible and it will matter.
