Flowpay is a data and AI company that has built an embedded lending infrastructure. We deliver fast, flexible financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), seamlessly embedded into the digital platforms they already use to run their businesses. We act as a Direct Lender, provide Embedded Finance Infrastructure for SME platforms, and offer Risk-as-a-Service (RaaS) to lending institutions.
Alumni of the world's largest accelerator TECHSTARS. In 2022, we became the first Czech startup in seven years to join the Techstars + ABN AMRO Future of Finance program.
Vodafone Idea of the Year 2023 - Flowpay won the Vodafone Idea of the Year competition as Technology Project of the Year.

Who are we looking for?
- A proactive and communicative person who enjoys working with clients
- Someone who is not afraid of sales and has a sales mindset, not just a support mindset
- A person who can balance client communication and operational tasks
- Someone who likes to follow things through to completion and takes ownership
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, operations, or account management is a plus, but not a must
Your responsibilities?
- Daily communication with clients via phone, email, and SMS
- Active follow-up with clients regarding their interest in financing
- Guiding clients through the financing process and answering their questions
- Preparing approval notes and documentation for the risk department
- Cooperating closely with the risk and sales teams
- Making sure opportunities are not left unfinished and clients move forward in the funnel

- Native Czech/Slovak + strong English (spoken and written)
- Enjoyment of talking to people and building long-term relationships
- A persuasive, confident, well-organized and solution-oriented mindset
- Motivation to go beyond a “support-only” role and work close to sales
