If youâre comfortable in spreadsheets, love optimization, and want a role where your work moves the needle every single day, this oneâs for you. Weâre hiring an Amazon PPC Specialist to bring Amazon Ads fully in-house and scale our Amazon Brands, selling FBA-only on Amazon in the US and in Germany.
Weâre a lean Prague-based team (3 founders). No agency-style layers, no âreport and forget.â Youâll own performance end-to-end: structure, tests, budgets, and scaling what works. If you think in hypotheses, experiments, and numbers, youâll fit right in.

What youâll do:
Build and run Amazon PPC (SP/SB/SD): structure, bidding, budgets, negatives, placements. ?Managing roughly 5M CZK monthly PPC spend.
Execute daily optimizations and keep the account clean and scalable.
Create a clear testing cadence (keywords, match types, creative angles, budget shifts) and measure impact.
Reporting in Sheets/Excel + sharp recommendations (what we change, why, expected outcome).
Work closely with founders on deals/pricing and inventory-aware decisions (donât push whatâs about to go OOS).
(Bonus) Support Google Ads / broader performance if thatâs your thing.
What weâre looking for (must-have):
2+ year in PPC/performance marketing (Amazon experience is a plus, not a must).
Strong data skills (Sheets/Excel) and practical optimization instincts.
Ability to prioritize and defend decisions with numbers.
English working proficiency (Czech is great; German is a plus).
