Marinade is the leading staking marketplace on Solana. We’re building the “savings account” layer for open, instant crypto rails.
150,000+ wallets and teams like BitGo and Anchorage use Marinade to stake more safely and efficiently, across many validators, strengthening Solana decentralization (~$2B TVL).
What you will do
- Build and ship backend services + infra from idea to production
- Own outcomes: design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, iteration
- Improve reliability, performance, and observability (and pay down tech debt that actually matters)
- Jump across domains when needed and still deliver
- Upgrade dev velocity: tooling, docs, CI/CD, workflows
- Communicate clearly: risks, decisions, trade-offs, user impact
What we’re looking for
- Strong backend/systems experience in Rust, TypeScript, Bash (or similar)
- You’ve run production services/APIs
- Infrastructure experience: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/GCP
- Data systems: Postgres, Redis, BigQuery, ETL
- Strong debugging + root-cause analysis, solid Git/CI/CD + code reviews
- Bonus: mastered AI-assisted dev tools (LLM APIs, agents, MCP)
- Bias toward action, ownership, and continuous learning
