What you’ll do:
Create new products from concept to market
Optimize formulations and ingredients
Test processes and equipment
Prepare documentation, test samples, and shelf-life analyses
Collaborate with the Protein Research team and external suppliers
Explore new ingredients and innovation opportunities
Contribute to technical decisions that shape entire products
Who we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Science / Food Engineering
Experience with formulations, plant-based proteins, and lab procedures
Knowledge of TVP, sensory evaluation, and ingredient functionality is a plus
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work with technical documentation
