We’re looking for a Food Engineer who’s ready to play in the big leagues of innovation. Join us and help take products from lab formulations all the way to the market – all while having fun with a young, passionate, and friendly team. 🚀

What you’ll do:

  • Create new products from concept to market

  • Optimize formulations and ingredients

  • Test processes and equipment

  • Prepare documentation, test samples, and shelf-life analyses

  • Collaborate with the Protein Research team and external suppliers

  • Explore new ingredients and innovation opportunities

  • Contribute to technical decisions that shape entire products

Who we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Science / Food Engineering

  • Experience with formulations, plant-based proteins, and lab procedures

  • Knowledge of TVP, sensory evaluation, and ingredient functionality is a plus

  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work with technical documentation
