We’re now looking for an Account Executive who can operate credibly at C-level, sell execution (not hype), and take a real seat at the table as we scale this motion.
What you’ll do
You will own revenue from first conversation to signed deal.
Specifically:
Lead sales conversations with C-level, Heads of Innovation & Data
Qualify real AI execution pain (not "AI curiosity")
Sell fixed-price, outcome-driven engagements
Drive deals from inbound & targeted outbound to close
Work closely with founders and delivery leads on deal shaping
Build trust
This is not:
High-volume SaaS sales
Demo-driven feature selling
Discount negotiation or procurement ping-pong
Selling hours, bodies, or “AI resources”
How we sell
Founder-led credibility, case studies, visible delivery
No PoCs without a path to production
Fixed price, defined outcomes, executive steering
Honest disqualification if the timing or readiness isn’t there
Who you are
5+ years experience in B2B sales, consulting sales, or enterprise services
Comfortable selling to C-level and senior leadership
Strong discovery skills - you can surface real problems fast
Structured, reliable, and accountable
Able to run deals independently, but collaborate closely with founders
Big plus if you have:
Experience selling consulting, engineering, or transformation projects
Background in AI, data, or digital transformation environments
Experience with complex stakeholders and non-trivial buying processes
