We are looking for a true data partner for product and marketing who helps us understand what is really happening – and what to do next.


🧠 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Data Analyst who:

  • Has experience with data analysis in SaaS, B2C, or B2B environments

    (ideally mobile or web applications)

  • Has advanced SQL skills

  • Understands product and business metrics:

    • retention

    • churn

    • LTV

    • conversion funnels

    • DAU / MAU

    • ARPU

  • Can work with events, funnels, and cohorts and sees context and story behind the numbers

  • Can analyze data and explain it clearly to product, marketing, and management

  • Is able to ask the right question independently and find the answer without a long brief

  • Understands the difference between an “interesting insight” and a “decision that moves the business”

  • Has experience with tools such as:

    • BigQuery (or similar) – GA4 data exports

    • Product analytics tools (Firebase, GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)

    • Dashboards and visualization (Looker, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.)

  • Is comfortable working in English (data, documentation, part of communication)

  • Is not afraid of AI tools and sees them as a natural part of analytical work

  • Has curiosity, critical thinking, common sense, and basic statistics 🙂

You will be the main data partner across the company.


You will help us understand:

  • Where users get value

  • Where they drop off

  • What truly drives growth and retention

You will work on:

  • Product and marketing analyses

  • Cohorts, funnels, and A/B tests

  • Inputs for strategic decisions and UX research

You will

  • Improve data quality, event tracking, and metric definitions

  • Help set up and maintain dashboards that actually make sense

  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership

  • Not “report the past”, but help shape the future of the product
