Data Analyst / Engineer - From Data to Impact
Do you want to work with data in a way that has a real impact on how companies operate and make decisions? Not just create outputs, but understand why data exists and how to turn it into real value? Then you might feel at home with us.
This is a di
verse role that combines technical skills with an open mindset and a consultative approach. In return, you’ll have space to push your own ideas and work on meaningful projects.
You’ll work with technologies such as Power BI, Luzmo, Keboola, DBT, Google Cloud, BigQuery and Snowflake.
Thanks to the quality of our work and long-term results, we collaborate with international clients, including companies from the USA and Australia.
We work iteratively and pragmatically. Projects usually start with a concrete use case or a simple proof of concept and evolve step by step based on continuous client feedback. This way, data delivers value throughout the project – not only at the end.
We often work with companies that have a lot of data but struggle to use it effectively. We help them set up data processes, build data warehouses, reporting, or full data-driven applications, and then develop these solutions further within long-term partnerships.
What matters most to us is business impact. We don’t focus on whether something runs a few minutes faster, but on whether data truly helps the business – in decision-making, process optimisation, cost savings or growth. Our projects always have a clear outcome: better services, faster processes, smarter decisions or even entirely new products.
