We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Reporting and Financial Controller to support and further develop the company’s reporting, budgeting, and financial controlling processes. This role combines hands-on reporting and data analysis with financial controlling responsibilities, playing a key role in translating financial and operational data into clear insights for management and teams across the organization.


The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in company finance, controlling, and reporting, with strong Excel and presentation skills and the ability to work independently. You will collaborate closely with international teams, prepare consolidated reports for the Czech parent company and U.S. subsidiary, and contribute to strategic planning through budgeting and performance monitoring, while continuously improving and automating reporting processes in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

✨ Key Responsibilities


Reporting

  • Preparation of business reports, including analytical breakdowns and interpretation of results.
  • Creation of reports from internal project and task management software (JIRA); collection, processing, and analysis of data from various source systems.
  • Collaboration with colleagues from other departments and international teams across the company.
  • Preparation of consolidated reports for the Czech parent company and the U.S. subsidiary.
  • Creation and presentation of “Monthly Business Review” materials for company management and other departments.
  • Management of executive and operational reporting agendas.
  • Development of new ad-hoc reports based on operational needs for both management and colleagues across the organization.
  • Optimization and automation of reporting processes, including integration of AI tools.

Financial Controlling

  • Participation in strategic planning and subsequent monitoring of the budget.
  • Ongoing updates of budget overviews and spreadsheets, including interpretation of results.


🔎 We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong professional orientation in the field of corporate finance.
  • Experience in controlling and reporting.
  • Knowledge and proven hands-on experience with MS Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to independently manage assigned responsibilities and regularly present results.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills; attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization, including the U.S. subsidiary.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic company and market environment.
  • Czech and English at an active level, both written and spoken, for communication with international colleagues.
