Head of Account Management & Consulting for MEIRO CDP | Prague (preferrably)
This is not a standard “Head of Consulting” role. And it’s definitely not a classic Account Management role either.
We’re looking for a senior, commercially minded leader who will own and grow our existing customer base - from both a recurring revenue and delivery impact perspective 🚀
Someone who understands that customer success, consulting excellence, and revenue expansion are inseparable - especially at enterprise scale.
We need someone who won't get lost in the noise of the AI world - someone who understands how to bridge the gap between high-level machine learning capabilities and tangible business impact for our customers. Meiro operates in an AI-native environment - from the way we write our code to the AI-powered marketing suite we deliver to our clients.

Currently, our account growth and service delivery are fragmented. This role exists to bridge that gap with clear, senior ownership.
You will:
- Own NRR across our global customer base.
- Lead & unify Account Management and Professional Services.
- Drive expansion by personally leading strategic accounts.
- Standardize value in how we measure and deliver impact.

1. Account ownership & revenue growth (existing customers)
You own the commercial outcome of our existing customer portfolio across multiple geographies and industries. Your mission is to drive measurable growth through:
- Net revenue expansion (NRR as a core KPI)
- Contract renewals, upgrades, and scope extensions
- Identifying and executingupsell & cross-sell opportunities
- Personally leading expansion with strategic, high-impact accounts
- Coaching Account & Project Managers to do the same
2. Leadership of Account Management & Professional Services
You will coach & lead a combined global team of:
- Project & Account Managers
- Technical Consultants / Data Analysts
Your mission:
- Build a high-performing, accountable consulting & AM team
- Set clear expectations around ownership, quality, and outcomes
- Improve delivery consistency, reporting, and transparency
- Ensure professional services actively support revenue growth
- Own PS margin and delivery economics
You don’t need to be an engineer - but you must understand how CDP implementations translate into business value.
3. Business value leadership (this is critical)
You’ll find yourself speaking less about the mechanics of data pipelines and much more about the stories of growth and ROI we create for our clients.
In this role, you will:
- Help our clients turn CDP features into clear, profitable business strategies.
- Guide customers to see exactly how their data can unlock new revenue and efficiency.
- Lead executive conversations that focus on long-term partnerships rather than just technical setups.
- Help our consultants move beyond a "task-list" mindset toward a focus on genuine customer value.
4. Process, metrics & professionalisation
Process, for us, isn’t about bureaucracy; it’s about clarity. You’ll bring the structure our teams need to stay aligned, measure success accurately, and deliver consistent value to our clients as we grow.
- Define and track KPIs across accounts, delivery, and revenue.
- Improve forecasting, reporting, and visibility.
- Bring structure without slowing the business down.
- Build repeatable frameworks that work across regions and industries.

🎯 The experience & skills you'll bring
This role requires hands-on approach, range, maturity, and commercial instinct.
You likely have:
- Senior experience with software licensing in software / SaaS space and/or consulting, professional services
- Strong exposure to MarTech, CDPs, marketing automation, or data-driven platforms
- Leadership experience with client-facing teams
- Background in agencies, consultancies, or SaaS environments serving enterprise customers
- Experience working across international markets and cultures
