We picture you as a junior In-House Counsel with a background in law and a growing interest in finance and business. Working under the guidance of business owners and the Head of Legal, you help address both routine and more complex legal questions, supporting day-to-day legal tasks while gradually contributing to more challenging legal matters.

👉 What you'll do

Manage the daily legal agenda
Interpret and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies relevant to the crypto/fintech sector
Provide guidance on legal matters across the company, including contractual, regulatory, and employment issues
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring legal and commercial risks are minimized
Stay abreast of legislative changes in the EEA, UK, and USA that could impact company operations
Advise on the legal aspects of new product launches and business strategies
Co-responsible for archiving contracts

💪 About you

Have at least 1 year of experience in a legal role (law firm or an in-house position)
Familiarity with EU regulatory environment
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide clear, actionable advice
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating legal concepts to non-legal personnel
Ability to work independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines
Experience in conducting legal research and staying current with evolving legal trends
Proficient in using technology and legal research tools
