Data Engineer

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team and help us with building data processing pipelines and productionizing machine learning projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, test, and deploy data-oriented software solutions (primarily using Python and SQL).
Maintain, optimize, extend, and adapt data pipelines and models to ensure scalability and reliability.
Communicate and collaborate with other engineers, managers, and stakeholders.
Create and maintain technical documentation and provide technical support to users and fellow developers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Collaborative mindset with a focus on open communication, trust, and shared responsibility
University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field OR at least 3 years of professional experience in software development.
Solid understanding of Software Engineering principles
Proficiency in Python 3, SQL and Git
Professional working proficiency in English

NICE TO HAVE

Additional years of professional software engineering experience beyond the requirements.

Expertise in technologies within our tech stack:

Databricks
Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Apache Spark
Microsoft Azure (storages, key vaults, message brokers)
Python packages: PySpark, polars, FastAPI, Azure SDK for Python,
kubernetes and Docker
IaC and CI/CD tooling: Terraform, GitHub Actions, Databricks Asset Bundles
Monitoring stack: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus and Grafana
Machine Learning and AI concepts
