Mid-Junior Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Enhanced)

At Pixelfield, we don’t do things the "old way" just because everyone else does. We are looking for a Mid/Junior Full-Stack Engineer with solid foundations in Python and Flutter who is ready to evolve into an AI-Enhanced Developer.
This is not a typical coding role. We need a "Pilot" who has a strong, positive relationship with AI and wants to lead it, not just follow it. Instead of writing boilerplate, you will use advanced tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) to build applications at 10x speed. If you already use AI to automate the boring parts of development and want to master this "AI-First" workflow, you are exactly who we are looking for. Your job is to guide the AI, verify the logic, and ship robust code.
What You’ll Do:
Build: Develop cross-platform apps using Flutter (Mobile) backed by Python - Django or FastAPI.
Operate: Use our "AI-First Workflow" to generate code, unit tests, and documentation efficiently.
Validate: You are the quality gate. You will review AI output to ensure it passes our strict 80% test coverage and security standards.
Learn: You will be trained by our Seniors on advanced Prompt Engineering and Architecture.
The Essentials:
1–3 years of experience in Python (Backend) or Flutter.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Firebase, Cloud Functions).
Eagerness to use AI: You use ChatGPT/Cursor daily and want to make it your primary workflow.
Discipline: You understand that AI code isn't "magic"—it requires strict testing, review, and understanding of the underlying logic.
