Weāre looking for an experienced Partnership Manager who will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with our partners in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and across the CEE region. š¤
š§āš» About the role
This role is perfect for someone with experience in tech or e-commerce, ideally within the Martech space. Youāll play a key role in building, maintaining, and nurturing relationships with our existing partners and driving the acquisition of new ones.
This is a remote position based in CZ or SK, offering an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company and make a tangible impact on our business across Central and Eastern Europe.
āļø What youāll be doing
- Expand and manage our partner base in the CZ/SK region, including e-commerce agencies, software houses, and online marketing companies as well as vendors of other technologies
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales teams to create and deliver value propositions for partners through sales enablement, co-marketing, and joint initiatives
- Drive qualified business with and for partners to meet annual goals for partner-generated opportunities
- Participate in industry events and conferences to build strong and lasting relationships with partners
- Monitor partner performance and ensure customer satisfaction during onboarding and implementation
- Identify mutual customer segments and industry verticals for joint value propositions
- Keep track of competitorsā partnership strategies and market trends
š« What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of experience in tech or e-commerce, ideally within Martech or SaaS solutions (e.g., CDPs, personalization, or analytics platforms)
- Proven experience in partner management
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Existing personal network of ecommerce agencies implementing e-stores with different ecommerce platforms (Shoptet, Magento, PrestaShop)
- Native-level Czech or Slovak and strong English skills (B2āC1) for internal and regional communication
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot is a plus
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
