👋 About DX Heroes

We're an AI-first company that helps businesses turn AI potential into real profit. We don't do AI for the sake of AI. We build it into products and processes where it actually saves time or makes money.

We started in developer experience, in making work better for developers and whole engineering teams. Today we point that same obsession with real value at AI: we look for where it makes economic sense, and where it doesn't. If a project doesn't add up, we'll tell you before we write the first line of code.

Our AI solutions run at clients like Heureka, Česká spořitelna, and Apify. We're mostly approached by fintech and e-commerce companies, from startups to large corporations. You'll work with our team and the client's developers side by side.

A few numbers, so it's not just words:

• Heureka: 90% AI adoption across 13 dev teams in 3 months, half the time saved on key tasks.
• Česká spořitelna: 270+ people trained, with a long-term training NPS around 9.9.
• Plantory.ai: 5,000+ users in 8 languages and 15+ AI pipelines in production.

What we actually do: AI adoption, building AI agents, integration and automation, AI training, and custom development.

• MCP Gateway: management for MCP servers and access.
• GenSDK: SDK generation from an OpenAPI spec across several languages.
• Plantory.ai: our AI product, already used by thousands of people across Europe in 8 languages.

📍 Where we sit and how we work

We share offices with Applifting in the heart of 💙 Karlín. They're baby-friendly, dog-friendly, and geek-friendly, with a chill-out zone, a place to work out, and a full fridge. But as nice as they are, we don't mind if you work from home or the other side of the world. What matters is that the work gets done well.

🤔 How it works when you want to join

• Send us your CV or even just your LinkedIn. If you have open-source projects or a Git we can look at, you'll save us time. We usually get back to you within 24 hours.
• First call: A short call to clarify expectations and see if we click.
• In-person meeting: We meet, walk you through the technical background of the project, and usually give you a small task or do some live coding. You'll always know what to expect. We're looking forward to meeting you! ✨
