NICE CXone
- Technology, Own products development, Machine Learning
- 51-200 team size
In NICE CXone we develop a complex product for customer care. It provides big companies with a tool to support their clients via thirty digital channels such as Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, iMessage, etc.
In contrary to similar products, we offer the broadest range of integrated services, inclusive of voice for traditional call centres. Furthermore, we develop our chatbot builder tool. We’ve been considered the leader in business in North America for many years now and aim to achieve the same results globally.
You might know us under our pre-aquisition name as Brand Embassy. Despite being part of a big company now, we still preserve our startup culture and have fun together. We have remained a relatively small team of up to 40 engineers with an informal and friendly atmosphere.
Are you tired of hearing there isn’t enough time for refactoring or writing tests? Join us, we strive to master our craft. We frequently pair (or even mob), apply double code-review, push small incremental changes multiple times a day, release in continuous delivery fashion, and grow DevOps culture.
We want to preserve our minimum-bureaucracy management-free culture, where people are empowered to make decisions on how we work without having a watchdog continuously sniffing behind their backs.
