At Pluxee, we’re looking for a Data Engineer to join our international team and help drive data transformation across Europe. Your work will bring real value to four countries - Czechia, Poland, Belgium, and Luxembourg - with your main playground right here in the Czech Republic.

What will you be responsible for?

Building and configuring data solutions that follow our architectural and security standards.
Ingesting data into our enterprise data platform and improving its quality in line with Data Governance principles.
Ensuring everything runs in compliance with personal data protection.
Automating data pipelines for BI and machine learning.
Powering operational systems for marketing, CRM, and sales.
Implementing efficient data jobs in a hybrid infrastructure (on-premise / cloud) with various technologies — SQL, NoSQL, Rest APIs, batch and real-time processing.
Collaborating on global projects, sharing know-how within the worldwide data community, and taking part in agile stand-ups and team coordination.

Does this sound like you?

Master’s degree in IT, data engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 2 years of experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT processes.
Advanced knowledge of data lakes and data warehouses for both analytics and operations.
Ideally, hands-on experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake).
Experience in an international and agile environment.
Strong skills in SQL, Python, Spark, and a good understanding of big data technologies.
Fluent in both Czech and English.
Detail-oriented, a natural problem solver, and a great team collaborator.
