Flowpay is an embedded lending infrastructure that uses real-time data and AI to provide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with faster, fairer access to funding. We act as a Direct Lender, provide Embedded Finance Infrastructure for SME platforms, and offer Risk-as-a-Service (RaaS) to lending institutions.

Who are we looking for?
- We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to bridge business needs with IT solutions. The ideal candidate will work across departments to collect and document requirements, shape strategies, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- This role involves close collaboration with senior management, project leads, business stakeholders, and development teams to drive clarity, feasibility, and value in all initiatives.
Your responsibilities?
- Collect, document and translate business requirements into a clear product vision.
- Act as a hands-on product owner responsible for assigned domains.
- Participate on the whole software development lifecycle - from requirement specification to acceptance testing.
- Ensure alignment with business goals, stakeholder needs and technical feasibility.
- Monitor product performance and quality, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement.
How do we imagine you?
- You understand both business and IT language, and above all, you are able to truly understand our clients.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the finance domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership and technical teams.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (user stories, process flows, use cases, diagrams).
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution.
