About Datlowe

Datlowe is a fast-growing Czech HealthTech company providing AI-powered solutions that help hospitals scale care without scaling headcount. Our technology platform underpins specialized applications such as HAIDI (infection prevention) and MERIE (medication safety), now used by hospitals across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Austria. We are expanding internationally and looking for a colleague to help us ensure consistent, professional marketing and communications across all markets.

The role

This is a tactical and execution-focused role. Over recent months, we have developed a clear positioning and set of product messages. Your mission is to:

  • Steward Datlowe’s brand assets: ensure consistency, professionalism, and message discipline across all channels and markets.
  • Drive network-oriented marketing: create visibility, build relationships, and nurture a sense of community among our customers and prospects.

Your responsibilities

Our mission is to make healthcare work better by empowering healthcare communities to achieve more with AI – reducing stress and helping them scale the care they can provide without burning out their staff or scaling headcount. We believe in deep engagement with hospitals and the healthcare community in order to co-develop solutions and accelerate the development of safe, reliable AI together.

Reflecting this mission, our marketing approach is focused on aspirational branding, message discipline, and deep relationship building with our target audiences. Your role will therefore combine stewardship of Datlowe’s brand assets with network-oriented marketing activities that bring these assets to life in ways which strengthen our relationships within the healthcare ecosystem.

1. Brand Stewardship (Assets)

  • Maintain and expand the core brand toolkit: company and product presentations, brochures, flyers, website.
  • Ensure consistent use of Datlowe’s positioning and messaging across all communications.
  • Oversee translations and adaptations for international markets.
  • Support sales enablement with professional, on-message collateral and presentations.
  • Protect brand coherence and message discipline across the company.

2. Network-Oriented Marketing (Activities)

  • Content: capture stories, insights, and reflections from colleagues, customers, and partners, and shape them into short, relevant pieces of shareable knowledge in the most effective media for sparking conversations across our network via social media, events, and community engagement.
  • Social Media: build visibility via e.g. LinkedIn and own email lists by sharing Datlowe’s updates, engaging with target organisations and people to build relationships, and amplifying relevant news sources to ensure the company becomes a visible, trusted node in the healthcare information networks of our chosen operating countries.
  • Events: build a forward calendar of relevant conferences and meetings, prepare the ground through participant research and online connections, and orchestrate our participation so that each event strengthens visibility, deepens relationships, and expands Datlowe’s influence in the clinical community.
  • Community: provide content and logistical support to the Customer Success team to help make Datlowe’s communities a key place where clinicians come to learn from peers, discover best practices in the use of AI and technology within their discipline, and build lasting professional relationships.
  • Case Studies: work with colleagues and customers to capture their successes and transform them into compelling stories that demonstrate best practice, inspire trust, and empower our network by showing the art of the possible in applying AI and technology.

 What we expect

  • 3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing or communications, ideally in healthcare, tech, or professional services.
  • Strong writing skills in Czech and English, with an eye for clarity and professionalism.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional networking tool.
  • Technical skills with presentation and content tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, and WordPress (or similar CMS).
  • Ability to use AI tools intentionally (e.g. text and image generation) to enrich brand storytelling and accelerate content production.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small, ambitious team.

 What we offer

  • A role where your work directly shapes how Datlowe is seen by hospitals across Europe.
  • Opportunity to support international expansion and adapt communications across borders.
  • Small, agile team where you gain visibility into all activities needed to develop a smart healthcare application – and where your work will really be seen.
  • Modern offices in central Prague with as much coffee/tea as you like.
  • Hybrid working (office in Prague + home office).
  • Regular company events.
  • 5 weeks of vacation.
  • The chance to contribute to products that positively impact patient care.

Where might this role take you?

As Datlowe expands, there will be opportunities to shape how our brand shows up across new markets and disciplines. While the focus today is execution, this role offers a pathway to become a trusted advisor for the leadership team on building lasting communities around healthcare and AI. In a world where AI is automating much of marketing, the ability to foster human connection, credibility, and peer-to-peer learning will become a premium skillset – and this role puts you at the forefront of that shift.
