The signageOS Developer Support Team is looking for a smart and driven problem-solver to join and grow with us as we become a global operation. You will provide dev and tech support in the evolving digital signage landscape by communicating with company partners and digital signage development experts. This role includes both project and support responsibilities.

As experts within the digital signage industry, signageOS will give you the opportunity to continually grow as a developer, learn about digital signage technology and evolve as a professional in IT, networking, and streaming technologies. 

What you will do:

  • Provide technical guidance and developer support to signageOS Partners and Customers

  • Participate in the testing and evaluation of new features

  • Troubleshoot system issues and respond to technical inquiries, delivering timely and effective support

  • Support ongoing process and system operations

  • Assist in creating and maintaining functional user documentation

  • Develop expertise in digital signage integrations and related development

  • Build strong relationships by understanding problems, ensuring timely resolutions or escalations, and communicating progress clearly

  • Track and document system bugs and feature requests for the development team’s review

  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of support procedures and internal training materials

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

What You’ve Already Done:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field

  • Relevant work experience in a similar role (e.g., technical support, developer relations, partner engineering)

  • Solid understanding of JavaScript APIs, REST API communication, and web technologies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Bonus Points for Experience With:

  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues independently

  • System testing, implementation, or systems support

  • Strong organizational skills with consistent delivery on commitments

  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through on tasks
