signageOS is a leading digital signage infrastructure provider, which is a fancy name for creating software for displays and TVs. 😉 It offers remote device management and aids in large-scale network development and operations for global customers such as McDonalds, Starbucks or locally for Ceska Sporitelna, Notino or CineStar.

As we continue to expand, we need someone dedicated and accommodating to help manage our new office and create an excellent workplace for our 35+ colleagues in Prague and globally. 😊

If you speak Czech and English, have some administrative experience, and are comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! What will you work on

  • Office Management: Co-manage our brand new offices in Prague 6 - Dejvice (The Blox Office Building).
  • Reception Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for guests and employees, ensuring a great first impression.
  • Supply Management: Order, receive, and manage office supplies and snacks, and prepare for events such as monthly townhalls, breakfasts, birthdays, and team buildings.
  • Administrative Support: Perform data entry in various systems, assist with marketing and sales tasks as needed.
  • Facility Oversight: Identify areas needing repair, cleaning, or improvement, coordinate necessary maintenance and assist with workplace and fire safety administration.
  • Office Development: Assist with office redesign and setup improvements.
  • Budget Tracking: Manage the office budget.

Who are you

  • Bilingual: Comfortable speaking both Czech and English (most of our customers and some colleagues don’t speak Czech).
  • Experienced: Previous experience in administration, organization, or office management is a plus.
  • Skilled: Basic administrative skills, including inventory management.
  • Organized: Highly organized, responsible, and positive with an open mind.
  • Adaptable: Strong improvisational skills and an eye for detail.
