Integration Engineer with Typescript for FaceUp 💙 = Startup with Social Impact

We are FaceUp, the number one online tool for anyone who wants to speak up. Since 2017, we've been helping thousands of schools worldwide combat bullying, cyberbullying, and other challenges their students are facing 🌎

Four years ago, we expanded into the corporate world, offering a secure whistleblowing platform for employees to report sensitive issues such as fraud, sexual harassment, or discrimination. FaceUp enables them to address concerns that are often difficult to discuss in person. Today, our corporate product is used by 1,500+ employers in 60 countries, and we are growing rapidly 🚀

We've recently secured new investment that will drive this dynamic growth, focusing on three main areas: team growth 🫶, product feature development and enhancement 💻, and targeted global expansion📍

So if you want to help us with the growth and boost it through integrations and technology partnerships, we are looking just for you 🫵

🛠️ What skills are essential?

• Node.js, TypeScript
• Security and architectural awarness
• GraphQL,  Postgres
• and Git...

🙌 We imagine you as someone who has

• Great understanding of API protocols (REST, SOAP, etc.) and experience with API, webhooks and other other data interchange solutions development
• Vast experience with cloud platforms (AWS in our case) and infrastructure in general
• Powerful debugging skills
• Knowledge of some other scripting and programming languages (Python)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent level of English proficiency (and Czech is a great bonus for us) 

🤝 What else could come in handy?

• Relevant skillset for the B2B SaaS industry, mainly integrations segment
• Experience with HR, ERP, or security software integrations
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
• Familiarity with whistleblowing or speak-up culture
