Data Product Analyst
We are Sharry — a company building an enterprise-grade workplace-management platform around digital employee badges. We combine mobile access, visitor management, parking and amenity management, desk/room booking and facility services — all under one system. We serve enterprises, landlords, and real-estate portfolios managing many buildings across countries - including clients such as Skanska, sky-scrapers in Manhattan and large global companies such as Deloitte, Dell and Citibank.
What you’ll work on
Build data pipelines, analytics and reporting: turn raw data into meaningful metrics and dashboards for both external and internal customers
Decide what matters: help define the metrics and insights that guide operations, efficiency and user experience.
Connect software with physical infrastructure: your work powers a system that bridges backend, analytics and real-world buildings.
Grow with us: shape our data strategy and technology stack (Keboola, Snowflake, Google Cloud stack, GoodData) and potentially build out a data-focused team over time.
Work with real building data: occupancy, space and parking usage, visitor flows, amenity usage, hybrid-work patterns.

And who will be your partner in crime?
Ondřej focuses on building great products, user experience, and AI automations. In his previous career, he designed products used by fifty million people at AVG, created analytic tools used by half of the Fortune 500 at GoodData, and co-founded the first UX agency in the Czech Republic. Beyond work he loves water, kayaking, and swimming.
