We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support our clients, ensure smooth operations, and improve their marketplace experience. 🔹 Your Responsibilities
👥 Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Provide top-tier customer support, ensuring clients have the best possible experience.
- Manage inquiries and issues through the eDesk ticketing system (experience with other systems is welcome, we’ll get you up to speed).
- Oversee client accounts, analyze feedback, and find ways to improve the customer experience.
📊 Account Support & Feedback
- Keep an eye on customer accounts to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Gather feedback from customers and suggest ways we can improve their experience.
- Help businesses optimize their marketplace presence, from managing listings to solving small challenges.
🚀 Growth & Learning
- Receive step-by-step training and mentorship to help you grow.
- Learn how global marketplaces work and gain valuable skills in e-commerce.
- Start with structured tasks and take on more responsibilities as you gain experience.
🔍 Who We’re Looking For
- Native Czech and English proficiency (B2 or higher) – additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills – you can manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and apply new knowledge.
- Customer support experience (e.g., Live Chat) is an advantage but not required.
- Basic knowledge of data and Excel is a plus – but if you’re new to it, we’ll teach you!
