What You'll Be Responsible For
Developing and improving AI-powered conversational systems and LLM-based applications
Building and maintaining Python services and AI workflows for production environments
Working with modern LLM ecosystems, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures
Designing integrations between language models, internal systems, customer-facing applications, and external services
Contributing across the software stack where needed, from backend APIs to user-facing components
Collaborating closely with researchers, engineers, and customers to deliver reliable AI solutions
Contributing to experimentation, prototyping, and continuous improvement of our AI products
Must-have skills
Academic background in computer science, mathematics, software engineering, AI, or related field
At least 5 years of professional Python development experience (the more the better)
Experience building software products and production-grade applications
Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI tooling
Experience with conversational AI, AI agents, or NLP-based applications desirable
Basic understanding of web technologies, APIs, and modern software architecture
Ability and willingness to work across different parts of the technology stack when required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and understand business requirements
English language on professional level, Czech preferred but not required
Enthusiasm for AI technologies and willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-moving field
Nice-to-have Skills
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or similar data processing platforms
Familiarity with ML engineering and MLOps concepts (MLflow, model deployment, experiment tracking)
Experience with machine learning or data science projects in production or research environments
Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, or semantic search technologies
