A traveler searches for flights and leaves without booking. A few hours later, a personalized email brings them back - with the exact dates they were looking at. That trigger, the logic behind it, the decision to send it at hour six instead of hour one - that's the kind of thing you'd be building here.

  Your mission 

Customer experience driven, hungry to learn, not afraid to build it yourself.

Clients don't buy a CDP because they want software. They buy it because they want to make more money, save time, or stop guessing. Your job is to find that value and go build it.

That means two things have to be true about you:
First, you can sit across from a client and understand their business well enough to spot what they're missing. 

Second, you're not afraid to open the tool yourself - a segment, a journey, a personalized email, a WhatsApp flow. You own it end to end.

We are not hiring someone who's clocked the hours. We would like to welcome in the team someone who has curiosity about data and how it moves outcomes, and the willingness to learn the product inside out instead of waiting for a manual. 

What this looks like in practice

  • Komerční banka: precision ABM and re-engagement for high-value banking segments
  • DerTour: multi-channel travel personalization, abandoned search and checkout triggers across web and ads. 
  • Megapixel: 1:1 e-commerce, abandoned basket recovery, personalized holiday campaigns.
  • Chemist Warehouse: RFM and CLV-based audience automation at retail scale. 
  • Wego: headless personalization via Audience API, real-time promo eligibility and dynamic pricing validation.

  • Turn data clients already have into actions that move a real number - not just a trigger, but "here's what this means for your revenue." 
  • Keep an eye on the commercial side - where the client's underusing what they're already paying for. 
  • Stay close enough to the technical detail that you catch problems before the client does.

  • You're digitally fluent and use AI in your daily work: You use AI to think, not just to chat - and you still bring your own judgment to whatever it hands you back. Bob, our internal AI agent, takes the repetitive stuff off your plate; Claude helps you draft, research, and move faster on documentation and client prep.
  • Professional English. Czech isn't required: if you have it, it's an advantage for our Central European clients.
  • Adaptability: You like things moving fast, and you're up for learning and adjusting as the need changes.

By level

Junior

Hands-on experience with CRM, CVM, or personalization. What matters more than the year count is the mindset - curious, hands-on, asks questions, gets into the tool instead of waiting to be told what to do. You've touched marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Emarsys, Bloomreach, SmartEmailing, Ecomail, Mailchimp, or similar) even if you haven't owned a client relationship independently yet. Basic HTML is a plus - enough to follow how a personalized template or banner is built, even if you're not writing it from scratch.

Mid

Solid CRM, CVM, marketing automation, or personalization experience - you've run this for clients or internally before. You're comfortable building inside a marketing automation platform without hand-holding, and you're solid with HTML for personalized templates and banners. You handle client conversations on your own, and you're starting to spot expansion opportunities yourself.

Senior

Strong, proven experience in CRM, CVM, or personalization, ideally touching both pre-sales and post-sales work. You've built and owned complex flows across multiple tools and channels, and HTML/scripting is second nature. You know how to read what's underused in an account and turn it into growth. You can hold a conversation with a client's leadership, not just their ops team, and you mentor people earlier in their path.
