What we expect:
knowledge and experience of different types of bras / women's apparel including their construction
being able to create technical specifications and pattern documentation
having experience with selecting materials and individual components
understanding grading patterns into different sizes
proficiency in at least one of the following software packages: Optitex, CLO 3D, Gerber AccuMark, Lectra (Investronica)
relevant vocational secondary education / university degree in apparel/fashion design
If you are also interested in design, we appreciate:
knowledge of garment manufacturing technology, particularly lingerie production technology
creativity with an eye for detail
knowledge of trends and color schemes in lingerie
