Flowpay is a data and AI company that has built an embedded lending infrastructure. We deliver fast, flexible financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), seamlessly embedded into the digital platforms they already use to run their businesses. We act as a Direct Lender, provide Embedded Finance Infrastructure for SME platforms, and offer Risk-as-a-Service (RaaS) to lending institutions.

Alumni of the world's largest accelerator TECHSTARS. In 2022, we became the first Czech startup in seven years to join the Techstars + ABN AMRO Future of Finance program.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented problem-solver who will support our COO with a mix of operational, visual, and communication tasks. Someone who enjoys turning ideas into polished presentations, cares about brand consistency, and is energized by a fast, dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities?

Creating visually engaging presentations, investor decks, and internal materials.
Supporting the COO with daily operational tasks and ensuring follow-through on priorities.
Preparing content for marketing, PR, and internal/external communication (from drafts to final visuals).
Helping organize meetings, managing follow-ups, and keeping project timelines on track.
Researching topics needed for strategic decisions (market overview, competition, trends).
Assisting with brand-related tasks - visuals, storytelling, structure of communication.
Coordinating smaller internal projects (updates, reporting).
Bringing creative ideas to improve how we present Flowpay to partners, investors, clients.

How do we imagine you?

Native Czech/Slovak + strong English (spoken and written).
You love working with visuals and enjoy making presentations that look great and communicate clearly.
Experience with tools like Google Slides, Canva, Figma is a big plus.
You are reliable, structured, and able to keep track of many moving pieces.
You enjoy marketing & PR - storytelling, writing short texts, creating graphics.
You naturally take ownership and like when things “get done”.
You can independently transform rough input into a polished output.
You’re curious, creative, and not afraid to propose improvements.
Interest in fintech, startups, or financial services (experience is a plus, not a must).
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
A team player who wants to learn, grow, and take ownership.
